Rev. Andrew Yi
Pastor of English Ministry
Pastor Andrew Yi has been at FCBCD since April of 2014. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Houston, he moved to the DFW area to pursue his ThM at Dallas Theological Seminary, where he graduated in 2008 with an emphasis on Pastoral Ministry and Historical Theology. He is married to Mary (2006), and they have three children: Justin, Nathan and Kristen. Prior to becoming the Pastor of English Ministry at FCBCD in 2014, Pastor Andrew served as an Associate for churches in Dallas and Chicago. He is passionate about the life-transforming power of the Gospel in its fullest and most beautiful expression, which he believes can be experienced in and through the local Church community.

Pastor Steven So
Pastor of Chinese Ministry
Steven So has been with FCBCD since 1998, and served as Missions Chairman, deacon and the Chairman of the Board. He was born in Shanghai, grew up in Hong Kong, and then came to United States and studied in University of Arizona and University of Southern California in Electrical Engineering. He has been working in the semiconductor field as an engineer for 18 years. He graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary with MABS in 2012, and answered God's call to serve the church as the Chinese Ministry Pastor on January 2016. He has been married to Jackie since 2000 and they have two daughters, Abigail and Phoebe. His passion is to build up the body of Christ by preaching the Word of God, by caring for the souls, and by cheering them on to live out the Christian Faith, Love and Hope.

Rev. Paul Kwok
Pastor of Youth Ministry
Pastor Paul Kwok was born in Hong Kong and raised in San Francisco Bay Area. He came to faith in Christ during his adult years while attending CIBC in Oakland where he was baptized and discipled. He worked as a bank manager before being called to full-time ministry. After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree from California State University East Bay, he moved to Portland, Oregon to pursue his MAPS at Multnomah Biblical Seminary, where he graduated with an emphasis on Family Ministry (2008). He is married to Wendy (2004), and they have two children: Chloe and Timothy. Prior to becoming the Pastor of Youth Ministry at FCBCD in 2015, Pastor Paul served as a Youth Pastor for six and a half years in Oakland. He is passionate in helping young people pursue an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ.

Reiko Kirstein
Children's Ministry Director
Reiko was born into a pastors family in Northern Japan. She came to the United States to study Education, where she also met her husband, Jeff. Reiko and Jeff have been involved in various ministries all over the world, including Hawaii, Japan, Oregon, Colorado and Texas, where they have been ministering for the past 24 years together. She first came on board to FCBCD in 2007. She has been enjoying working with children and their families. Her passion and vision is to help lead children to grow in their faith and for them to become faithful followers of Jesus Christ.

Shelley Chao
Church Administrative Assistant
Shelley Chao was born and raised in Taiwan. She came to the US in 1991, initially to Utah, and moved to Dallas in December 1995. She was baptized at FCBCD in April 1996, and has been a member since. She began serving as the administrative assistant of the church since 2008. She is married to Loren (1991) and they have two sons, Justin and Aaron. Her passion is to help the church office stay organized, assist the pastors and ministers in administrative duties, and to be as helpful and friendly as possible to all church members and visitors.

Dillon Lui
College & Career Ministry Intern
Dillon serves our English Ministry College & Career Singles. He is currently working on his ThM at Dallas Theological Seminary.
