
REV. STEVEN SO 蘇勇牧師
Pastor of Chinese Ministry
Steven So has been with FCBCD since 1998, and served as Missions Chairman, deacon and the Chairman of the Board before becoming a pastor of the church. He has been married to Jackie since 2000 and they have two daughters, Abigail and Phoebe. He was born in Shanghai, grew up in Hong Kong, and studied in United States. He graduated from the University of Southern California with the Master in Electrical Engineering and worked as an design engineer for 18 years. He graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary with the Master in Biblical Study in 2012, and received the Doctor of Ministry at the Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2022. He started serving FCBCD as the Chinese Pastor since 2014, and was ordained in 2018. He oversees both Mandarin and Cantonese congregations. His passion is to preach the Word, to care for the souls, and to train the leaders.

REV. BRIAN TUNG 董翰容
Pastor of English Ministry
Brian Tung was born in Lawrence, KS, and grew up attending Emmanuel Chinese Baptist Church in the suburbs of Kansas City, KS. He was baptized as a child in 1997. However, it wasn’t until halfway through college that he truly followed Jesus Christ and began to actively serve at his church.
In 2010, he graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.S. in Computer Science and briefly worked as a software engineer. In 2012, he started his seminary studies at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and graduated in 2015 with a Master of Divinity. In 2016, he became a full-time minister for the English congregation at Emmanuel Chinese Baptist Church and was ordained as a pastor in 2018.
In 2022, he was called to be the English Pastor of FCBCD. He is eager to continue preaching God’s word, leading God’s people, and expanding God’s kingdom here in Dallas!

REV. PAUL KWOK 郭智榮牧師
Pastor of Youth Ministry
Pastor Paul Kwok was born in Hong Kong and raised in San Francisco Bay Area. He came to faith in Christ as a young adult. He worked as a bank manager before being called to full-time ministry. After receiving his Bachelor of Science degree from California State University East Bay, he moved to Portland, Oregon to pursue his Master of Arts in Pastoral Studies at Multnomah Biblical Seminary, where he graduated with an emphasis on Family Ministry (2008). He is married to Wendy (2004), and they have been blessed with two beautiful children. Prior to becoming the Pastor of Youth Ministry at FCBCD in 2015, Pastor Paul served as a Youth Pastor for six and a half years in Oakland, CA. He is passionate in helping young people pursue an intimate relationship with Jesus Christ.

PASTOR HENGYUAN CAO
Associate Minister of Chinese Ministry
Hengyuan joined the church in 2016 and he has been serving in worship and young adult groups. He graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with the Master of Divinity in 2020. His passion is to preach the word and multiply disciples. Currently He serves as the associate minister of Chinese Ministry.
Hengyuan was born in China, He has been married to Han Jin since 2015 and they have one son, Caleb and one daughter, Mercy. Before he came to the US, he worked in Qatar as a purchasing manager from 2013-2016.

MRS. RACHEL WU 吴雨桥姊妹
Children’s Ministry Assistant
Rachel joined FCBCD in 2013. She has been actively serving in the church. She has been a part of the Chinese worship team and has been teaching the children’s Sunday School until recently she became Children’s Ministry Assistant in June 2021. She has a passion to share the love of Christ and the Good News of Jesus Christ with children, especially through the word of God and music.
She was born and raised in Shenyang, China. She is married to Lixin Tong, and they have three boys, Jason, Joseph, and Josiah. She came to faith in Christ in 2007. She came to the US with her husband in 2008 to study at the University of Central Oklahoma and graduated with a degree in Master of Music.
She worked as a teaching assistant and Music school administration assistant at the University of Central Oklahoma from 2010-2012. After she and her family moved to Dallas, she started working at the Brookhaven Academy in Allen, Texas, as the Assistant Director for nine years. She is also as an Executive Director at the Dallas youth and children’s choir from 2016-2020.
